Cuddle Carry & Co. Return and Refund Policy
At Cuddle Carry & Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- Process: To start a return, please contact us at cuddlecarryandco@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at cuddlecarryandco@gmail.com with your order number and details.
Bulk Orders:
For bulk orders, please email us at cuddlecarryandco@gmail.com to discuss bulk order discounts. Please note that bulk order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
