Processing Time:

All  are processed within 2-6 business days (longer wait times for additional personalization requests). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary based on your location, but typically items are delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delays:

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Bulk Orders:

For bulk orders, please email us at cuddlecarryandco@gmail.com to discuss bulk order discounts. Items purchased in bulk will have the same shipping times as regular orders.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.
